It isn’t easy working across both our Venues and Sponsorship and Client Services teams, but when Adam (aka “The Navigator”) sets course, no wave can knock him off track. When he’s not guiding our clients’ programs safely to port, you can catch him tending to our RedPeg Grows garden or enjoying a nice cup of tea (hot, iced…or spilled).
Corporate Development Manager
As RedPeg’s unofficial “Chief of Stuff,” Adam has his finger on the RedPeg pulse and mysteriously seems to know all that happens internally. Not only does he manage all of RedPeg’s business development efforts, he’s also a whiz at 90s pop culture trivia.
Alexis is our resident tequila connoisseur, pescatarian, and matchmaker all in one. Her fitness kick is here to stay, as the reigning champion of RedPeg’s health challenge. Alexis’s greatest strength, though, is working diligently with all the brand ambassadors on behalf of our clients. Is there anything this it-girl can’t do?
Sr. Account Manager
A DC-resident, by way of Dallas and Chicago, Alli’s appreciation for art and innovation helps bring her clients’ ideas to life. When she’s not managing high-profile brands, she’s trying out a new restaurant in the city, styling a bride on her wedding day, or daydreaming about where to take her next vacation.
Director of Talent Management
Born and raised in Munich, Germany, Amira would trade anything for a pretzel. With her bilingual brain and den mother instincts, she has led experiential staffing teams since 2007. When not showing off her extensive shoe collection (100+ pairs strong), she’s building and motivating some pretty amazing teams.
Small but mighty, patient but insistent, Ann’s got the “right-hand (wo)man” role down pat. She may not roam the RedPeg halls quite often, but you can’t deny her presence alongside our CEO. Need to track down Brad? You’ve gotta get through Ann first.
From planning office events to manning the front desk, Averi is the first (and perhaps friendliest) face of RedPeg, and an integral part of our agency culture. When she’s not acting as our “Gatekeeper,” she’s probably reading up on Hollywood gossip or crossing another state off her travel bucket list.
Billy is as learned behind-the-scenes as he is in the field, now planning the tours he once executed. He’s traveled 1MM+ miles for events and knows how to get the job done. When he is not working, he’s successfully finishing marathons (11 and counting) and still looking for the elusive hole-in-one on the golf course.
Fondly known as “Miller Lite Brad” from his days in the field, Brad set out on a mission in 1995 to create a best-in-class creative agency that focused on the point of contact between brands and consumers. Today, RedPeg is a full service, award-winning brand engagement marketing agency. Although Brad’s original purpose has evolved, the beer stills flows freely.
Hard work and dedication are just a part of Carlton’s every day. By day he’s a warehouse leader, managing our clients’ assets and 14,000 square feet of storage. By night, he’s a photographer, seeing life through a different lens.
Senior Talent Manager
As our “Top Talent Tyra,” Cat can scout your skills a mile away. She’s a Jane of all trades in the talent department, matched with her superior ninja interviewing skills and organizational prowess. So you wanna be a Brand Ambassador star? You have to first impress Cat.
Director of Client Services
Once a homeless professional golfer who lived in a van, Derek’s your guy if you need a putting lesson or a beer (though not necessarily in that order). At RedPeg, he’s the guy who brings 20 years of client experience with Fortune 100 CPG brands, sports and entertainment sponsorships.
What can we say about Eric? Well…he’s just that guy. Eric is part people-grower, happiness-finder, talent-recruiter, internal-operations-runner, and psychologist. Oh, and he’s good at that numbers thing too. He’s also a huge Yankees fan, but that’s neither here nor there.
Chief Strategy & Marketing Officer
American by birth, Euro trash by default (30 years abroad does strange things to a person…), Fredda is known as The Mixologist, combining her global brand strategy know-how, sports & entertainment sponsorship expertise, and journalism background with her passion for all things French (et oui, elle parle français).
VP of Client Services
Harry is our “Roadrunner,” always on the move finding ways for us to outrun the competition. When he’s not going the extra mile for our clients, this native New Englander can be found traveling with his wife, hiking with his dog, or cheering on his beloved New England Patriots (despite most of his colleague’s vocal displeasure).
Sr. Director of Gaming and Esports
Know someone who is good at just about everything? Well, that’s Jason — the “All Rounder.” He’s a rare breed of agency person who has had his hands in just about everything — from sponsorships and partnerships to gaming and esports. He’s a team player who can plug in just about anywhere. Just don’t ask him to draw anything…
John is fondly known as The Voice of Reason. His calm, cool and collected demeanor is what keeps us out of sticky situations and ensures our team culture is enforced, both in and out of the office. When not sprinkling the team with sage pixie dust, he’s rooting for the NY Giants (despite his relocation to Redskins Country).
Sr. Manager of Brand Strategy & Marketing
Part chef, part brand strategist, Jordan is the resident wordsmith and social media guru. Whether she’s writing creative briefs or 280-character Tweets, she’s searching for the most important nugget of information to bring to life. After all, they don’t call her “The Translator” for nothing…
…and the Lil Miss Sunshine RedPeg Award goes to…Kat! Her rainbow demeanor, combined with her knack for leadership and thorough account knowledge, provides a punch for our Client Services team. When she’s not raining positivity, Kat will gladly teach you how to bump, set and spike on the volleyball court.
Accounts Payable Accountant
At Redpeg Marketing, monetary based offenses are considered especially heinous. In Alexandria, VA, the dedicated accountant who investigates these vicious PO’s is a member of an elite squad known as the Accounting team. That’s just part of Keisha Perkins’ story…
Sr. Experience Designer
A traveler since birth, an explorer by cosmic design, Kelly has always sought out the unknown, the what’s next and the yet-to-be-discovered. A Notorious Badass in Design (or Disguise), her bag of tricks always seems to contain the necessary solutions, even if they’re not the most conventional.
VP of Client Services
Kristin is our “Passionate Persuader” who brings 15+ years of experience across music and sports to RedPeg, including bringing the Sugar Bowl Halftime Show to life and working alongside The Lumineers. When she’s not carrying her pup Chipper around in a sling, she’s probably cheering on the New York Yankees.
Kristin Van Cott
Kristin Van Cott
Southern girl with a Midwestern heart, Kristin brings her expertise in creating happiness through the work she does for her clients. You can find her around the office showing off her dimples and talking about her beloved NC State Wolfpack.
A newcomer to the north(ish), Lauren brings a little “southern charm” to her repertoire. Combining her Atlanta-roots with her years of agency experience, Lauren provides seamless account management and communication, always signing off with a “thanks y’all!”. With an energetic can-do attitude, Lauren is ready to jump into any challenge—but first, let her take a selfie…
There is no number too high or deadline too soon for Leslie. With a solid background in events and recruitment, this in-house go-getter never backs down from a challenge. And she’s not afraid to prove it. Need talent? Count on Leslie to find that rare gem.
Lisa is the glue that keeps us all together. She’s part office manager, part culture queen and maintains the fine office balance of productivity and RedPeg team spirit. When she’s not busy keeping our office running, you can find her perfecting her bocce roll.
Senior Graphic Designer
In a world of Calibri, one man will dare to be Neue Haas Grotesk. When his last project was killed by Comic Sans, Mac Johnson swore he’d never design again. But he’s about to learn that you can’t Cmd-W your destiny. This season the paths are clipped, the characters are kerned, and the DESIGN. IS. GRAPHIC.
Growing up, Maggie wanted to be an FBI agent, poet, or Stevie Nicks. When those didn’t pan out, she was instead ordained a High Priestess of Strategy. Combining an innate curiosity and drive for answers with a flowy, thoroughly right-brained creative streak, she’s found strategy to be the perfect place to put her seemingly disparate talents to use.
Director of Venues & Sponsorship
As a once aspiring Olympian, there is no bar too high for Margaret. She can juggle multiple venues and clients and is the queen of turning lemons into lemonade. When all falls down, it’s always good to have someone who can make the magic happen. In our case, Margaret holds that wand.
VP of Operations
Martin’s our resident Brit and Experiential Architect. From overseeing operational logistics to leading venue sponsorship and talent, Martin is the producer that brings a creative edge to our clients. When he’s not overseeing production logistics and helping clients shine, Martin is tuning into the Premier League cheering on London’s finest: Chelsea F.C.
Sr. Director of Brand Strategy
The main goals that matter to this soccer player are those set by brands. When it comes to delivering on business objectives, Matt is there for the assist. He utilizes data to develop strategy and analyzes program results to optimize performance and maximize returns for clients.
Director of Client Services
When Matt’s not yelling “Go Dukes” throughout the halls, this proud JMU alumnus knows how to get things done for our clients – no matter the ask. Need a quick turnaround in impossible timing? Let Matt “commission” the results.
Michael “Doc” Strong is the reason we can all breathe easy. Being the “Numbers Guy” is far from a walk in the park, but Doc handles everything in stride. When he’s not keeping our numbers in check, you can catch Doc boating, cooking, or listening to audiobook biographies.
Sr. Art Director
Creator of almost all things RedPeg, our 20+ year veteran is the heart and soul of our creative team. Born and bred in Baltimore, Mike brings an appreciation for art, his three children, anything O’s and all things Ravens.
Nicole (aka “Narch”) can’t typically be found anywhere. That’s because she spends much of the year producing events around the country for our clients. With mutual loves for art and wood shop, Nicole puts a creative spin on all our experiences. She’s our personal MacGyver, and proudly believes that pigs can totally fly.
East Coast by nature, SoCal by spirit, Nicole Bard puts her fun-loving personality into her work as a member of the Client Service Team. When she’s not chatting about the latest Meghan Markle news, Nicole can be found with her Starbucks iced coffee in-hand, organizing client programs and itineraries.
Talent & Client Services Manager
They don’t call Nicole Brown “The Veteran” for nothing. Along with serving her country, Nicole has decades of experience in staffing, building client relations, and choosing top talent. When she’s not searching for expert talent, you can catch Nicole jet-setting to foreign countries or dabbling in a bit of photography.
Nicole prides herself on creating a lasting impression. From conception to execution, she’s the piece of the puzzle that ensures your event, experience, or epic moment runs seamlessly. Not all events are created equal and Nicole is the reason why. With Nicole by your side, it’s always an EVENT-ure.
Venues & Sponsorship Manager
Olivia is the spark that ignites magic in our clients. Known around the office as the “corporate matchmaker,” her smooth operating skills are what transform conference room meetings into venued memories. What can we say? She’s got the eye and their ear.
Special Projects Coordinator
Orion is the queen of quick turnaround, with a creative spin. This crafty little superstar takes a hands-on approach, whether it’s drawing personalized name tags for her fellow Pegsters or creating a killer costume concept from scratch. But if you need to find her, get ready for a workout. Speed-walking behind her is no easy feat.
Sr. Manager of Employee Experience
Equal parts recruiter, mentor, and therapist, Pearlie is our head of HR and all-around people-person. Her super power? Making every employee experience mean more. And also karaoke. She dominates karaoke.
NY-borough-bred, Rasheed is our “Mr. Fix It” of all things tech. In his matrix, there is no red or blue pill. If he isn’t tinkering with his motorcycle or playing with his daughter, he’s most likely on the internet learning how to make things work in his (and RedPeg’s) favor.
Director of Events
Nicknamed “Slash” by his peers, Ryan is RedPeg’s secret weapon and Jack of all trades. As a highly experienced event planner [slash] executive producer [slash] client relationship manager [slash] culinary connoisseur, Ryan adds precision, intrigue, and a certain “je nais sais quoi” to any event experience.
VP of Creative
This creative guru leads the pack, ensuring all of our ideas, color palettes and decks come to life. When he’s not making the creative impossible happen, Sam is rough-housing with his kids, catching shows with his wife, or jamming out with his buddies. He may be soft spoken in person, but when plugged into his Marshall Amp, he goes to 11.
Director of Client Services
A natural-born redhead (and feisty in nature), Sarah is loud and proud to be our resident “client whisperer.” Post college, she bought a one-way ticket to the Big Apple to kick-start her career in traditional advertising before diving into all things experiential. And the rest is history. When Sarah’s not busy saving the day, you can assume she’s off traveling the world, knocking a country a year off her bucket list.
With hundreds of activations a year, it can be hard to keep track of all our props and equipment. But Shane’s up for the task, assisting Carlton in managing our warehouse. Outside of work, you can hear Shane whistling just about anything. This East Tennessee country boy is what we’d like to call, “a man of few words.”
Taheera Tim Kee
Taheera Tim Kee
Taheera is our resident “Pundit” who brings her impeccable grammar, sense of humor, and ability to meet seemingly impossible deadlines to our agency. In her quiet moments, Taheera can be found agonizing over the plot progression on Game of Thrones or scrutinizing the improper use of “then” vs. “than” on social media.
Venues and Sponsorship Manager
Meet Taren, our venues guru and negotiating ninja. But don’t let her title fool you. She’s also a whiz at marketing strategy and social media. And she does it all while maintaining her zen, with a little help from her sage and favorite crystals.
Sr. Director of Client Services
Jersey-strong Tim is our friendly, neighborhood problem solver. He’s got a “fix” for everything. Though his background lies in PR & Sports, it didn’t take long for Tim to realize experiences were his passion. When Tim isn’t saving the world, he’s probably traveling the globe looking for a beer he hasn’t tried (2,000 and counting).
Hailing from Ohio, Travis (aka “Flex,” aka “Flexenheim”) is our resident production chameleon. If he’s not in the office knocking things out, he’s probably out building things with his bare hands, inspecting our vehicle fleet or feeding his cat. If you have an issue with your Ford, call Travis.
Gaming & Esports Coordinator
For Tyler, being a “Mid Laner” spans further than his preferred role in League of Legends. At RedPeg, Tyler’s always in the middle of the action, working across teams to bring our best client work to life. When he’s not gaming, Tyler is probably building a computer or thinking through ways to make esports an accessible career path for students.
Gaming & Esports Manager
Familiar with the mantra, “Gaming is life?” Well, that’s proven true for Vinny. Combined with his sports sales know-how, Vinny’s gaming expertise is what transforms a footprint into an experiential marketing masterpiece. “You got games on your phone?” This gamer turned marketer won’t be far behind.
