 OBJECTIVE:

Build brand trust and affinity during the COVID-10 pandemic in order to show LIDL as an active member of its new neighborhoods

 

STRATEGY:

Provide essential resources and reassurance to residents in-need at both physical storefronts and throughout surrounding communities.

What We Did

» Created the Lidl Concierge Program by repurposing Lidl food trucks to provide a free service (with guaranteed delivery in 48 hours or less) for seniors and at-risk individuals to ensure they were able to stock up on pantry essentials without leaving their homes

» Conducted over 200 deliveries in a 5 week span

» Lightened up the in-store experience for members of the community still able to responsibly visit a store through a series of sidewalk decals encouraging social distancing and featuring fun facts/trivia to provide a positive brand experience for customers waiting in line
